West Point Graduate & Faculty
I was privileged to attend the United States Military Academy as part of the Bicentennial Class of 2002. I graduated with a BS with a major in American Politics and a minor in Systems Engineering. I returned as an Assistant Professor of American Politics after earning my MA in Political Science from UCSD. I love teaching and leader development and West Point gave me both!
-
Certified Coach, Speaker, Trainer

I earned the Master Teacher Program Certificate while teaching at West Point. I am committed to a lifetime of learning, growth, and excellence to best serve those around me.
-
Resilient, Capable, & Confident Problem Solver
If my career has been marked by anything, it has been a need to constantly problem solve and innovate. I have succeeded, I have failed, and I have learned how to bounce back and tackle the unknown with both confidence and a realistic, but optimistic, perspective!
After 24 years of leadership in the Army, I am so excited to share the incredible leadership lessons I learned with you! I have been on a leadership journey since, as an 8th Grader, I became determined to go to West Point. I wanted to learn how to be a leader and actually put it into practice. I had no idea how real and rich that learning and those opportunities would be throughout my Army time. And not just in the Army, but within my local community and as a parent!
I’m passionate to serve you and help you move forward on your leadership journey. I’m dedicated to continuing to lead by example and pursuing excellence!
YOUR leadership matters! Let’s take it to the next level!
