Coaching little league sports gave me great leadership insights and applications. Intentional leadership and character development for kids is important, but the lesson applications don’t stop at little league!

It has been 25 years since I graduated from high school. While college taught me plenty, it also brought a lot of reflection, maturity, and growth. But, I was not perfect. Looking back, I would’ve told young me these thoughts as a way to do college life better.

College taught me a lot as a young leader. In reflection, here are 10 things I would’ve told me when I graduated from West Point. I successfully did some of them, and I wish I had done others better.
